Dragan Stanisavljevic, with a group of friends started
the first Serbian Cup competition on the 8th of January in 1978. From that day The Serbian Golf Club Geelong was formed and
has since been a club available to all Serbs who enjoy the pastime of Golf.
Currently the Club has grown with up to 50 members who
compete monthly for the Club Aggregate Championship, decided over the entire year and the Club Champion
who is the best player over the final 3 rounds of the year.
The Serbian Cup remains competed for to this day, increasing
in attendance and is open to all Serbs, friends and visitors to enjoy the company and participate in a social day.
Visitors, interstate and overseas guests are also very welcome
to play and participate in the monthly Club Aggregate and Championship rounds.
